Marla Stough is a creative director and design strategist, specializing in beauty and customer experience. Currently, she is the Creative Director for Erno Laszlo, a luxury skincare brand focused on bespoke solutions for well skin.
Marla's tenure in the health and beauty industry began over 10 years ago as Senior Graphic Designer with the luxury brands of AMOREPACIFIC US, where she not only developed and maintained the brands for the US market, she also conceptualized and executed cohesive visual programs for the Flagship Store & Spa in Manhattan. She also served as the Global Creative Services Manager at Revlon for 4 years, where she oversees internal visual brand management, develops packaging & merchandising concepts, and designs product launch materials.
She earned her MPS in Branding from the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY and her BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
Marla lives in Manhattan where she enjoys photography and exploring new cuisines. In addition to being a foodie, she's not afraid of the other f-word: feminism. Her personal time includes mentoring young professionals interested in a career in the beauty and creative industries.
